Partnered with business leaders to develop strategies and solutions for the Correctional Services business unit with 3,500 employees in a multi-site environment of over 500 correctional facilities. • Managed curriculum development projects, including self-paced, instrucutor-led, on-the-job, and distance learning formats from needs analysis to implementation to on-going program management. Programs include: H.O.M.E. Team training, In2Work™, LEAD New Manager training program, S.T.A.R.S. and Operations 101.• S.T.A.R.S. and Operations 101 was recognized as model for the ARAMARK enterprise as the first comprehensive operations-level training for Front-Line Associates; program contributed to a marked reduction in associate turnover for the line of business. • Led a team of 40 LEAD Field Trainers, field-based leaders certified as On-the-Job trainers. Engaged Field Trainer team in S.T.A.R.S. and OPS 101 program development to foster engagement, ownership and field input. Field Trainer team evolved into line of business change network.• Consulted with business partners and region teams to identify, design, implement and facilitate appropriate organizational, team and individual development options such as: onboarding programs, new manager assimilations, 360º feedback assessments; leadership and region team development sessions.
