I opened a new cookery school in the heart of Edinburgh New Town at 7 Queen Street, It opened for business in early December 2009 and offers cookery courses from 1 day to 6 months in length and we have recently started a series of very successful Beer and Food Matching evenings. Our past Diploma students are now working successfully in different parts of the food industry. The cookery school offers a great venue for team building and corporate entertaining events.We have held many such days and evenings for corporate clients and it is a popular venue as we are based in the city centre with easy access by foot, road, rail or bus. We are always happy to tailor an event to suit the clients needs.The beautiful private function room is available to hire for dinners, lunches, breakfast meetings, receptions, product launches and meetings and we have a demonstration theatre that can seat 50 people with full cooking facilities and an overhead mirror. This room can also be used for receptions.
