Key member of the senior IT management team, responsible for managing strategy, projects, system development and support for Tatts Group’s Corporate Systems (ERP, HR & Payroll, Revenue Accounting, Risk and Compliance systems, Board tools, etc), Shared Services (Business Intelligence & Data Warehousing, Call Centres tools, Service Management Tools, Websites and Content Management, CRM, Databases) and Enterprise Applications & Productivity Tools (Intranet/Extranet, Records and Information Management, Collaboration Tools, Business Process Automation, Middleware/Integration). Lead teams across 3 states. Successfully created a new IT shared services group after Tattersall’s and Unitab merger, and subsequent acquisition of NSW Lotteries and Golden Casket Lotteries, with integrated culture, systems and processes. Achieved significant reduction in costs through redesign of business processes, application consolidation and decommission of over 50 systems.
