Writer And EditorLode Magazine Dec 2019 - Jul 2020Penryn, England, United KingdomThe blog I'd wanted to write ever since I arrived in Cornwall in 2007. There are loads of people here working on really interesting tech/science/engineering/innovation projects that often go under-reported. My aim with Lode Magazine was to bring these stories together into one place for people to read and enjoy. Sadly, as a side-project it soon got overtaken by the demands of paying client work!

I managed the event blog, Twitter profile and Facebook event page in order to market the event across social media platforms. Our aim was to raise £4,000 on the 25th March for Concern Worldwide by selling tickets, attracting sponsors and raising funds through a silent auction.
