I am part of the senior management team and manage a team servicing instructions for clients through Melbourne's bayside suburbs and the Mornington Peninsula. Valuations include for Family Law purposes and for mortgage security purposes (specialising in the $5M - $10M price bracket and up to $20M).Since 2014 I have been a mentor and counsellor to RICS APC candidates and act in a supervisory role for property professionals during their work experience period prior to sitting the Assessment of Professional Competence.In previous roles I have valued a varied range of commercial assets including city fringe and suburban office blocks, aged care facilities, specialised factory premises and unique assets including Melbourne Wholesale Fish Market. Valuation types undertaken include for mortgage security purposes, financial reporting, disposal and acquisition purposes and current market assessments of leasehold and freehold interests. In DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) in Dublin I drafted and implemented a tailor-made quality management system for the real estate business which achieved ISO 9002 accreditation across three offices at first attempt.Whilst employed by the Airport Authority Hong Kong, I drafted the master reference documents for business partners’ (airlines, cargo agents and catering companies) use during relocation from the old to the new international airport in Hong Kong on 5th July 1998.
