I personally believe that for that to happen, people must be healthy, energetic and euthanistic! As a Nutritionist, I help people get in touch with the most important relationship in their lives, their relationship with food. Each person is unique lead unique lifestyles, the principles behind health are consistent but it is in the application that good coaching really shines through. Having a Masters in Nutritional Sciences is one thing, but being a likable person is even more of an asset when it comes to getting school students, executives or even shipyard workers apply our concepts. I have personally delivered over 600 seminars on the topic of health & diets, shedding light on myths, jargons and hear-says. Our clients keep coming back to me because of how I can see patterns when others see complexity, especially in human behaviours. Everyone desires better health yet most people act against their self-interest. I develop effective strategies for them. As entrepreneur, I started Health Can be Fun, a consultancy of about a dozen strong to uplift the standard of public health by delivering training & coaching to stakeholders and end users.One consistent thread in my life is my desire and love for learning. Constant exposure to concepts both immediately relevant or subsequently relevant is crucial as it makes my self-reflection sessions achieve even more clarity.If I am not coaching or consulting, I can be found trekking, hiking or hopping in a Muay Thai bout.
