I am a dedicated and committed Human Resources professional who is loyal, hardworking and goes above and beyond. I am looking to work for an organisation who can offer a human resource position with a variety of tasks and responsibilities. Having worked most recently in a stand-alone HR role, I am very accustomed to no two days being the same and stepping up to support and take on responsibilities outside my position description. I am confident holding challenging conversations, juggling many tasks and projects of varying sizes and working alongside staff at all levels. My current motivation is to work for an organisation that offers a work life balance enabling me to enjoy greater time with my family and continue my passion for HR and working with people.
