I specialise in coaching and training for women in their 40's, 50's and beyond. I help you harness your full potential both physically and mentally (and the two are definitely linked). I firmly believe that women in this stage of their lives can effect dramatic and lasting positive change in our world when we find our voice. We are carrying wisdom and insights which when used to the full create a powerful story for those around us.I can help you become stronger in body, become more confident, improve your posture, increase your bone mass to stave off the affects of ageing (really!), tell your story to empower others, and much, much more.I'm a polymath with experience of all sorts of roles including, ski guide, strategic analyst, communications director, tech analyst and director of a transition town. I'm a qualified Personal Trainer and Coach and I also have an MBA. I'm fed up with hearing women report that they feel invisible just at the time when they have the most important messages to purvey and I'm on a mission for us older generation women to help change the system; I've also spent too many hours of my life at conferences and events listening to incompetent speakers (usually men) reciting every word from a 100 slide deck. I love storytelling, post it notes, thinking out of the box and helping others to find brilliant solutions to their problems. My passions are my two gorgeous kids, raging against the machine, helping women feel powerful, mountain biking, climbing, snowboarding and any other extreme sport that comes my way!
