I’m someone who really enjoys understanding what makes people tick, and then helping them to reach career goals and potential, and to help organisations to maximise their human talent. That might be in leadership coaching or in career transition coaching, facilitation or presenting, or just having a great conversation. These conversations and understanding my own transferable skills and motivations have held me in good stead in my own career moves, from lawyer to recruiter to BD consultant to leader to coach. As a Lead Coach in the fantastic Career Coach team, we work together to support our clients. My experience includes :• Leadership Coaching – I love working with executive, emerging leaders and all in between, with positive, practical exploration to discover what will inspire them to become a more confident and capable leader• Career Transition - coaching individuals at all levels through career transition from dealing with change, career direction, assessment of skills, and practical job search strategies including resumes, interviewing techniques and self-marketing• Change Management - assisting in planning and implementing change programs from the people perspective. • Facilitation - organising, planning and facilitating interactive training sessions. Engaging participants and encouraging input and sharing of experience. Have run over 200 training sessions for clients on-site and for career transition participants, both face-to-face and via webinar.• Executive coaching - helping leaders to maximise performance and understand their value proposition• Stakeholder management - enjoys and motivated by developing strong relationships with stakeholders. Genuinely interested in helping others to achieve desired outcomes• Assessment and development - accredited in several development and psychological assessment tools, loves facilitating feedback to be helpful, accessible and practical.• Content and writing – create and collate engaging and insightful content for our leadership and career transition learning hubs/portals.
