At WageIndicator Foundation we aim and push for global labour market transparency. We collect, share and compare global labour market data on earned wages, minimum- and living wages, living income, living tariff, labour laws and collective agreements, and the gig economy. This information is accessible through our 220 websites covering 208 countries, non-recognised and overseas territories. We support trade unions, workers groups and cooperatives, companies and policy makers to advance awareness on labour laws and wages, provide tools and training for data-driven advocacy and solutions, improve and strengthen social dialogues, and support in the implementation of living wages through comparisons, scenario's and, of course, data! As WageIndicator's general director I am resposible for ensuring that our global online team remains happy and strong, the world knows what we do and connect and work closely with partners and other stakeholders around us. I analysed the rapid changes that take place in and around the continent to ensure the organisation could address urgent issues and support partners in tackling climate change, gender inequity and investments affecting their livelihoods.

Project coordinator of the by DOB Ecology funded programme: "Communities Regreen the Sahel". In this project, we work together with 25 local partners in Burkina Faso, Niger and Senegal to restore large parts of degraded farm land in the Sahel. Together with local farmers, universities, government officials and civil society partners we work on up-scaling the implementation of Farmer Managed Natural Regeneration (FMNR). As member of the Partner group, I ensured that Both ENDS' partners' voices and interests were continously represented throughout the organisation. Both ENDS is an organisation that has working with its partners engrained in its DNA, the Partner group is therefore crucial for the whole organisation.
