Fiona has been managing multiple large scale projects for our Clients during her time in SGS. She manages all aspects of the project including the Business Analysis, Software Design, Software Development, Software Testing, Training and Support aspects of the project. This includes maintaining oversight of third party solution providers and a ticket management system.Fiona is delivering the project life cycle, within very tight deadlines to scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk using PMBOK 6. She is managing the financial and performance monitoring model used to verify the success of the project service and presenting it to Key Stakeholders on MSPO.Fiona works across multiple agile and waterfall projects as Technical Project Manager, Scrum master and Agile Coach. Fiona has successfully transitioned projects from Vmodel and waterfall methodologies to being agile, coaching both internal teams and clients in Scrum roles, ceremonies, use of TFS in supporting Epic to US progress and bug tracking and adapting to change throughout the sprints.Fiona's team received the 1st CIO Recognition Award for professionalism and dedication to the project.
