In my role I provide strategic development plans for our clients programmes from inception as well as improving the performance of established programmes. The team has proven results in improving programme performance with impressive YoY uplifts across a variety of programmes from retail, travel, finance, mobile and insurance.

Launch of the Twinings Teashop Affiliate Programme in 2011 as a freelancer, migrating management of the programme to The Digital House in March 2012. The programme has continued to grow year on year and was shortlisted for the 2015 Performance Marketing Insights Awards in the third party innovation category with Linkdex.
