As a Senior Executive for Scottish Enterprise, I manage a portfolio of around 20 companies (predominantly from the Oil and Gas sector) and engage at a strategic level at Director/CEO/Senior Management Team level. I facilitate and manage a process of strategic analysis, planning and project implementation with each Company, ensuring that robust growth strategies and development plans are in place to stimulate and enhance growth, both in Domestic and International Markets. Implementation support comes through the management of an SE Account Team, developed specifically for each Company, to support project delivery. Success is measured through a number of KPIs, including turnover, profitability and employment. Held the role of lead for Investor Ready activity in Aberdeen and contact for SE Investment products.
