Principal - Interior Architecture
CurrentLearningI am a consummate student. Spending a significant amount of time on the study and discovery of how generations absorb, process and share information gives insight to the ever-changing generational dynamic. This knowledge helps me to create unique design directions that blend architectural form, innovative technology and progressive furnishings. Part of this research is the exploration of 21st Century Learning – generically defined as new and different ways of teaching and learning, however true 21st Century solutions differ with each school, college or university. I study how multiple generations assemble to learn, the pedagogy of the institution, and how the teaching staff interacts to deliver information to help each client define their 21st Century Education needs. My extensive experience in working with stakeholders such as principals, deans, professors, faculty and students allows me to design interior architectural solutions that span a variety of project types including early childhood development centers, K-12 schools, university buildings, teen recreation centers, technology centers, dining, recreation, housing projects and corporate environments.
