CurrentProvide bespoke Workforce Planning and OD expertise to customers across health and social care through provision of bespoke Organisational Development interventions and workforce planning interventions.Work includes working with teams and organisations to develop and review workforce plans to support organisational development and design; designing,developing and delivering small and large group interventions, designing and developing training interventions and working with groups and individuals to develop and gain new skills.Work as a subject matter expert in responding to bids and tendersProvide HR support on an ad hoc basis
