Project Manager responsible for planning and executing delivery of Microsoft Licensing’s annual Partners Roundtable event. Developed project management framework in MS Project to determine critical path time constraints. Negotiated with vendors to deliver a quality event under the $65k budget.After completion of the Roundtable event, became a Program Manager responsible for analyzing and documenting process for internal defect management including policy and procedure manuals, escalation path procedures, run management guidelines, and RACI matrices. Drove the historic/aged defect count from 200 to zero by engaging operational owners and subject matter experts across the organization to resolve and close incidents. Managed production and agile defects to ensure resolution within the Service Level Agreement timelines. Skilled in using defect management software for both major and agile production releases as a Program Manager and as a SIT Tester.

Collaborated with Global Production Planning, Shipping and Delivery Warehouse teams to document routine procedures for quality improvement and ensure processes were streamlined and compliant with SOX and ISO standards.

Led cost-based analysis on raw materials which lead to creation and management of the Raw Materials Supply Study Project. Completion of six-months project resulted in cost savings of $13M by reducing budgeting and raw material expenses.

Responsible for development, coordination and instruction for English as a foreign language under Japan's educational system in the Itoigawa City municipality. Performed weekly series of "team taught" English classes, working with the Japanese Teacher of English to ensure students were ready for High School Proficiency exams. Worked with the municipal Board of Education to create cultural awareness and coordinate English teaching plans within the prefecture for five elementary and two junior high schools. Based on successful lesson plans through team teaching, was assigned primary instructor role in Junior High Elective English classes.Conducted workshops for English Language and International Cultural Awareness for Itoigawa City's Junior High School System's Australia Homestay Programs in 2006 and 2005. Led various workshops at the local and regional level including "Drama in the Classroom" to demonstrate nontraditional instruction in the classroom.
