Additional research interests focus on knowledge translation and community-based participatory research.Through my Associate role, I worked on the MST4Life™ programme: an interdisciplinary collaboration with St. Basils, Youth Voice, and Homeless Link. The programme centred on developing, delivering, and evaluating a psychologically informed strengths-based mental skills training programme for positive youth development (www.sprintproject.org).I am interested in understanding nature connection, ways to improve it, and the subsequent effects on wellbeing, particularly regarding the beneficial qualities of Shinrin-yoku (Forest Bathing in ancient woodland).
