VIP Flight Attendant

• Company-wide compliance with CAR X (Safety Management Systems)• Creation and development of the SMS implementation plan and phased implementation of the plan• Creation of the Safety Management Manual• Responsible for the Safety Library and Safety Database (Sentinel) to record operational and maintenance safety incident information as a basis for trend analysis and periodic reviews with Senior Management.• Responsible for Emergency Response Planning, Manual, Training and Company-wide Exercises• Undertake independent investigation of Cabin Safety related incidents with provision of appropriate preventative safety recommendations to the management.• Conduct Safety Management System Awareness Training (GCAA Approved)• Develop and maintain a confidential crew member incident reporting system, and assess the integrity of reports whilst maintaining full confidentiality• Liaise with managers of Flight Operations, Engineering, and all other departments company-wide on Cabin safety matters• Quarterly Flight Safety Magazine

• Managing, designing, delivering and outsourcing the Training Program including SEP, Senior Cabin Crew Member (Purser) Training, Dangerous Goods, CRM, Security, First Aid (Pilots and Cabin Crew). GCAA Approved• Liaising with the Civil Aviation Authority for crew licensing and audits and monitoring developments and changes within the Civil Aviation Regulations.• Developing an induction plan (manual, equipment and training) for all new aircraft acquisitions.• Ensuring all Training Records kept up to date and in good order.• Responding to Cabin Crew Reports (safety specific) when and where necessary.• Liaising with the QA, and Maintenance & Engineering over GCAA Audit findings and defective/missing equipment.• Conduct Cabin & Crew Audits• Clarifying any safety related ambiguities for inclusion into the Operations Manual.• Standards and Procedures

• Delivering the highest level of service to VVIP • Pre-flight management and design of bespoke menus to exceed the customer’s requirements.• Liaising with Catering Service Providers outstation.• Flexibility and adaptability in operating flights, on occasion with minimal notification• Operating within a team and the manager of a team as a Senior Cabin Crew Member.• Problem solving and service recovery
