My corporate career spans 25+ years as an HR Leader in FTSE100 PLCs and SMEs across both the private sector (Ex Tesco Plc, Capita Group Plc, KPMG) and the not-for-profit sector (British Heart Foundation, Tate Galleries). A qualified Coach at Practitioner level, I am accredited with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), a certified NLP Coach Practitioner, and pending certification as an Emotions Coach Practititioner (May '25). I'm also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (FCIPD) with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. I also have a BA (Hons) degree in English and Translated Literature.
