My friends and colleagues have always told me I'm a good listener. I care about creating spaces for people to be heard, particularly those most excluded or misrepresented.Recently launched a social enterprise in the Housing and Financial Inclusion space.I'm an alumni of Year Here; a full-time Social Innovation Fellowship in London, designed to cultivate entrepreneurial approaches to entrenched social problems. Unlike a traditional Master's degree, it's immersive, action-oriented – and grounded in the daily experience of those at the frontline of inequality. Before Year Here, I headed up one of the research teams at nfpSynergy; a research consultancy that works solely with non-profit organisations. I helped charities evaluate and strengthen their engagement with MPs, journalists and healthcare professionals. I led on nfpSynergy's parliamentary research at Westminster and across the devolved nations.
