Fiona founded her talent development company; Lander Consultancy, 22 years ago. Working nationally and internationally, her first training 'gig'​ was in the Czech Republic and her most recent programme with that particular client was in 2016). The team of expert talent developers are known for delivering consistently brilliant training, coaching and consultancy with a customer centric approach.Fiona took up the mantle as Head of Professional Development at APSCo in January 2013 where she focused on establishing world class training and development provision for members. This included introducing recruitment specific leadership qualification (CMI). Fiona handed over the reins in April 2016 and focuses on offering bespoke solutions with the Lander team.In 2013 Lander Associates re-branded as Lander Consultancy. Working in close partnership with our national and international clients, the expert team provides culture driven, coaching, consultancy and training provision on a bespoke in-company basis.Fiona founded Lander Associates in 1997 working with the team of experienced specialist trainers.
