CurrentI provide effective specialist support to the Communications and Events directorate in communication technologies and data. My tasks include continuous improvement of the AFAC websites’ content and functionality and business data management. I take pride in taking opportunities to improve AFAC’s Communication and Events team approach to business and data practices and making sure they were in line with current organisational strategy.Achievements:-Developed digital reporting tools for the business unit, AIDR, to understand their business performance and rankings in their sector via their monitor and evaluation framework-Interpreting and consolidating business requirements for a new website and member CRM project and providing advice to senior management for its implementation -Ensured the new professionalisation online system was fit for task by converting business requirements into user stories, business rules and acceptance criteria for the business and the developers-Developed a sustainable practice to implement digital accessibility including (WCAG) standards -Manage continuous improvement of the AFAC websites’ content and functionality -Reinvigorated the member governance knowledge and their impacts on business policies and processes
