I provide effective specialist support to the Communications and Events directorate in communication technologies and data. My tasks include continuous improvement of the AFAC websites’ content and functionality and business data management. I take pride in taking opportunities to improve AFAC’s Communication and Events team approach to business and data practices and making sure they were in line with current organisational strategy.Achievements:-Developed digital reporting tools for the business unit, AIDR, to understand their business performance and rankings in their sector via their monitor and evaluation framework-Interpreting and consolidating business requirements for a new website and member CRM project and providing advice to senior management for its implementation -Ensured the new professionalisation online system was fit for task by converting business requirements into user stories, business rules and acceptance criteria for the business and the developers-Developed a sustainable practice to implement digital accessibility including (WCAG) standards -Manage continuous improvement of the AFAC websites’ content and functionality -Reinvigorated the member governance knowledge and their impacts on business policies and processes

This was a brief but lovely sojourn in the Emergency Management's Strategic Capability team comprising mostly herding data here and there.

The focus of this role is the operational management component of the Intranet redevelopment project at the Institute. I've taken high-level plans and the project intent from Public Affairs and the Director and built pathways and frameworks to move the Institute through the redevelopment process. Achievements:- Delivered Intranet redevelopment project on budget and time using human centred design approach for the content and CMS development- Developed of the body of knowledge to ensure the intranet redevelopment was based on best practice ranging from the user experience, content strategy, training to the project benefits data plan- Developed Intranet performance dashboard in Google Data Studio for content owners to access automatically instead of manually generated- Project won an Institute award for workplace innovation

Online Wellbeing creates consumer-driven health change programs that deliver a mind shift for better health. As Project Coordinator, I developed the infrastructure for the new CBI division, then launched new products on time and on budget. I now develop strategies to streamline the current health change products. Achievements - Moved the digital products through stages of concept development, market research, prioritisation, change request development, iterative delivery, launch and promotional activities.- Conducted and presented user research, created user stories and user flows. These activities uncovered new product opportunities and improved product usability.- Managed the implementation of six websites including activities like building staging and production websites in Wordpress, ecommerce, setting SEO strategies, DNS administration, usability, A/B and page optimisation testing, and developed user training and system documentation.- Created website and print assets for the health change products in line with their brand and marketing outcomes.- Established product development pipeline based on customer insights and stakeholder consultation.- Liaised with clients, internal stakeholders and third party vendors to deliver digital products.- Provided content for marketing and products, user support, and pre and post tech support for a number of digital channels.

I took the lead on CBI’s administrative and IT functions after the WorkHealth program concluded in late 2013. This technical and strategic role across national teams enabled me to gain an excellent overview of CBI’s internal processes, and contribute to strategy on several external programs.Achievements- Led and developed two key IT and administrative strategies: ***Built and implemented CBI’s annual IT roadmap and training strategy; ***Led processes and facilitated discussions for the national administration team. - Advised on and developed the operational structure for Incolink Health checks, which contributed to the success of the pilot program.- Developed the IT component of the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS) accreditation submission for 2015.- Developed new administrative and purchasing policies for CBI to improve efficiencies and cost savings.

Over this period the Melbourne office of CBI underwent substantial change; consolidating their brand and diversifying services while delivering over 50,000 WorkHealth checks. CBI’s monthly revenue turnover increased from $80,000 per month to over $200,000 in only three years . I was responsible for operational management of the WorkHealth program and first level support for national IT queries.Achievements- Developed relationships with stakeholders in construction, local government and health, (who remain major CBI clients today). This resulted in 18,000 WorkHealth checks delivered over four years.- Led a team to achieve two sales targets worth over $250,000 in 2012.- Refined resource scheduling to enhance health professionals’ productivity and to embed their role in the delivery of WorkHealth. - Implemented change projects to update CBI business processes. This move to online scheduling was a response to changes to the WorkHealth program and increased volume of work.- Won the Managing Director’s Achievement Award 2012 and the Staff Achievement Award (April-June 2012).

Over two years DELWP rolled out eGrants, a new grants management system. In this business improvement role, I provided first-level support to the Department’s business groups and served as the subject matter expert for the IT vendor.Achievements- Supported business groups to implement new business practices and systems and fostered working relationships between DELWP business and technical groups- Provided business analysis including business process mapping and prioritisation of Change Requests

This role started as a short term contact position and grew into more substantial business improvement role to support the implementation of the new grants management system, eGrants. When I started, the department was for Victorian Communities and now it is Department of Economic Development, Jobs, Transport and Resources.

In Court Services, I improved meaningful data reporting by linking population size and crime statistics. I was responsible for database administration and business analysis including data conversion tasks, reconciliation and report writing, and converted office processes into business flowcharts and an intranet site.
