The strategy includes guidelines and processes for the selection, recruitment and induction of new Patrons; management of their activity across the UK; a series of events, newsletters and online activity as part of an overall communications plan; and a tracking system to evaluate outcomes; the strategy also incorporates an overarching cross-team working approach to ensure maximum benefit to the charity as a whole.
