Have held a variety of posts at Ascentis during this time and currently directly lead a wide portfolio including company wide strategic planning, management systems/IT, finance and accounts, estates management, quality assurance and compliance and governance. Specific responsibilities include disaster recovery/business continuity, quality assurance, maintaining compliance with Companies House and the Charity Commission and media relations.Recently led the project to build and fit out innovative new offices for the group in Lancaster.Have acted as a judge and chair for the Red Rose Business Awards in a variety of categories including Skills Provider of the Year and Legal Business of the Year and a judge for the BIBAs in the Employer of the Year category.Participated on the panel of a well attended debate of lancashire business leaders for the Red Rose Hot 100 event.Motivational speaker at event aimed at aspiring female leaders and active in this arena - MBA research into potential gender leadership differences at Board level.

Lecturer on "The Early Years: Developing Practice". Deliver a blend of both online support and face to face tutorials together with detailed correspondence tuition to undergraduate students.
