I am a Chartered Member of the CIPD, Fellow of the LPI, and a qualified coach and mentor. Classes I teach integrate meditation and mindfulness practice with classical yoga asana (postures), encouraging awareness of the breath (pranayama) and the body in order to guide your attention to the present moment. I am a qualified 200hr Yoga Teacher, and completed my training with Be Yoga in Haywards Heath. I have also completed additional teacher training in Restorative Yoga (45hrs) and Somatics (70hrs). I love yoga and believe it to be beneficial both on and off the mat. Whether you are someone who has practiced yoga for a few weeks or a few years, it always has something to offer. I was responsible for the design and delivery of a number of the core corporate training courses for the organisation for example: Recruitment & Selection, People Management, Presentation Skills, Facilitation Skills, Appraisal Skills for Managers and Train the Trainer.
