Collaborating with the Learning Technologies conference producers and Chair to organise social media support before, during and post the annual conference and exhibition. Bringing together a social media team of contributors from across the learning industry - representing a diversity of experience, knowledge and insight. Using various social media platforms the team aim to share highlights, practical insight and take-aways from the conference and exhibition sessions across the two days.

Classes I teach integrate meditation and mindfulness practice with classical yoga asana (postures), encouraging awareness of the breath (pranayama) and the body in order to guide your attention to the present moment. I am a qualified 200hr Yoga Teacher, and completed my training with Be Yoga in Haywards Heath. I have also completed additional teacher training in Restorative Yoga (45hrs) and Somatics (70hrs). I love yoga and believe it to be beneficial both on and off the mat. Whether you are someone who has practiced yoga for a few weeks or a few years, it always has something to offer. I am delighted to be adding the role of Community Director to my portfolio of work.I am joining Julie Drybrough at Facilitation Shindig, it is a space for Practitioners who facilitate team and group conversations to expand and improve their practice.I’m really looking forward to working with Julie to grow and explore the community aspects of the Shindig and support those who take part in it.Work with the Facilitation Shindig is in addition to my existing client work and I am excited about what the next few months have to bring.

My role at RNIB was to provide a learning and development internal consultancy service to meet the strategic needs of the organisation. I was responsible for the design and delivery of a number of the core corporate training courses for the organisation for example: Recruitment & Selection, People Management, Presentation Skills, Facilitation Skills, Appraisal Skills for Managers and Train the Trainer. I was a Tutor for the Institute of Leadership and Management accredited Leadership and Management Programmes, I was responsible for the workshops design and delivery, providing regular one-to-one coaching for all delegates and the assessing of assignments. Each of the cohorts I tutored had a 100% completion rate.Another key element of my role was to provide a bespoke coaching and mentoring service to managers and staff within the organisation. Additionally, supporting staff to transfer the learning back into their role within the organisation through post course one-to-ones, telephone / face to face coaching.

The purpose of my role was to ensure effective and efficient provision of corporate learning and development happened within teams and the wider organisation. Also providing training, learning and development advice and guidance to line managers, senior managers and the executive management team. Designing, developing and delivering an effective monthly corporate induction programme.
