I am responsible for a range of HR issues, including vacancy advertising, recruitment, contracts, appraisals, and job descriptions

I deliver a wide range of learning interventions to a variety of audiences. I deliver products to support Legal requirements and Business policy. I have supported more than 50 women with their personal development goals and objectives during their Springboard Programme. I have delivered workshops to Professional Drivers to support their achievement of the Driver Certificate of Professional Competence. I deliver Workplace Coach training to enable frontline coaches to increase performance and drive down complaints within their own units

I promoted and deployed the Mail Services Qualification (NVQ Level 2) at multiple sites and across various shifts. I coached, supported and assessed over 50 Core Apprentices who successfully attained their qualification. As the scheme came to a close, I was part of a team of 2 coach/assessors who travelled extensively throughout the South East, ensuring any outstanding candidates had the opportunity to gain their qualification
