Direct and manage marketing programs across Club commercial business units to ensure the Club’s brand is delivered consistently and professionally across all events, channels and communications. Develop best in class corporate events and game day hospitality. Manage the Merchandise department, with a focus on driving sales, inventory control and strategic marketing opportunities to achieve budgets.

Manage above the line and direct marketing, brand positioning and governance, financial management, game day activations, stakeholder management, staff management, social media strategies, database building, PR and communication, event management and online fundraising.

Duties: Staff management, project management, financial management, overarching event management, supporter group liaisons, management of police and security, above the line and below the line marketing, brand positioning, social media strategies, communication, merchandising, stakeholder management, strategic marketing and copywriting.Achievements: * Positioned Melbourne Victory as the most successful club in the Hyundai A-league in terms of attendance/membership: - Record domestic attendance 50,330 - Record Grand Final attendance 55,436* Developed membership campaigns resulting in a membership base of 18,000. * Developed U-NITE: a blockbuster fixture between Melbourne Victory and Sydney FC recognising the multicultural nature of football. Achieved attendance of 30,000.• Implemented ‘Club Victory’: a program involving 20 Metropolitan football clubs servicing 8,000 children.• Attracted over 40,000 users to Melbourne Victory’s Facebook page.• Negotiated media deals with The Herald Sun, The Age, NOVA and SEN 1116.• Worked in partnership with the TAC to deliver the ‘Wipe off 5’ marquee at the World Cup Livesite.• Developed a charter for sourcing and fostering relationships with official charity partners.• Was an active member of Football Federation Australia’s working committee for international matches held in Melbourne.• Successfully brought event management of match day in- house and oversaw the transition and execution. This also involved training staff, developing stakeholder relationships, security management and implementation of sponsor activations.
