I led many projects across a variety of sector groups, identifying market trends, brand and talent development, strategic planning, procurement, marketing and helping launch products/companies into new markets locally, nationally and internationally.Part of my role was to create and deliver training for our Trader Brokers, Managers and Franchise Owners using interactive online courses, delivering personalized one-on-one and on the job training nationally. I led a team of National Trade Brokers (account managers) who serve & support our members across the USA.
