Many of the teams I’ve led will tell you that I actively encourage people to chase the legacy they’d like to leave and to continue to learn and grow in search of becoming the best versions of themselves.My track record includes sustained revenue growth, continuous profit improvement, transformation of businesses in decline, product innovation, navigating federated business models, data modelling, digital innovation, customer engagement, audience growth (national to niche community audiences), rights negotiations, pricing strategies, stakeholder management - corporates, associations & government.I’m proud of the achievements that span media and more recently sport. Leading some of the largest revenue remits in media with highly respected, high performing teams. My time at NewsCorp delivered EBITDA improvement, revenue and audience growth and large transformation projects. Growth is in my DNA.And, more recently, my career has taken me to sports administration, why? because when you work at News Corp major categories like retail, sport and entertainment and the intersection of all is a key focus. I’ve gained valuable insights and strong relationships across the sports administration network, government ministerial dealings, first-hand knowledge of live vision broadcast production and new, key stakeholder relationships particularly the wagering sector.Now, as I embark on my next executive role, I’m advising various business sectors identifying key challenges and opportunities – a disability technology platform; property investment; and media company to name a few. This work includes business plans, strategy plans, pipeline prioritisation (in readiness for a capital raise), organisation redesign, product pricing and asset sustainability assessments.Outside of work I enjoy mentoring, health & fitness, family time, experiential learning, technology updates and my beloved pooch. I love Melbourne’s culture scene, sport, art, entertainment, learning Italian, eating out and the joy of my greenhouse. And I am committed to my board director role and elevating the work of RULE Prostate Cancer.
