I was the initial team leader at the Phoenix Centre, Emerge Aotearoa (a unique drug and alcohol treatment service for adults with high and complex needs in South Auckland- funded by CMDHB). I was engaged in the development of the Model of service delivery for the service, the implementation of the service, including chairing the initial year of steering groups and resource procurement. I was responsible for engaging a new staff team, enhancing the profile of the service with referrers and the community of South Auckland, completing an evaluation of the service and providing reports of this to internal and external stakeholders.
