Reporting to the owners of the company, I was solely responsible for the qualification and conversion of all sales leads, booking all meetings and facilitating the meeting process through to matter settlement. I was also solely responsible for introducing and implementing all Marketing activities to our Digital Marketing Strategy - including a social media calendar, social media comment reply chart, scheduled post system, Customer Journey Map and Tone of Voice Marketing concepts. I was responsible for the creation of all content, the creation and execution of bi-weekly EDM's and creating all print and digital designs for all advertising. Other duties included recording, managing and ensuring the follow up of all enquiries and the management of all interactions on social media platforms.

Reporting to the owner, my responsibilities included Assistant Manager duties across the supermarket and cafe focusing on implementing internal policies and procedures for stock ordering and rostering, human resources including hiring and onboarding, ongoing training and advertising. Whilst in this role I also undertook and managed all sales and marketing functions for the organisation and implemented the Covid-Safe plan throughout the store and cafe.Highlight: Proposing we begin Uber Eats for products within the cafe, completing due diligence to ensure venture would be commercial viable and profitable, liaising with teams at Uber to ensure cafe was setup and monitoring the cafe to ensure success.

Working closely with Senior Management of this start-up medicinal cannabis company, I played a pivotal role in the onboarding and development of the Medimar sales team. I was hands-on in developing the company's e-Commerce website and was then offered the role of Project Lead as the COO moved onto other projects. Operations Management - 1.5 years: Managing 15-20 Operations staff and at times 20 Production staff, ensuring all team members follow company policies. Ensuring audit requirements are met, maintaining merchandising and cleanliness standards, providing all HR services including interviewing and hiring. Onboarding, training, mentoring and leading all team members and conducting employee annual reviews. Responding to escalated customer complaints and taking all inbound calls. All admin duties including banking and cash consolidation.
