With almost two decades in the tourism industry, I am eager to expand my connections and partnerships within the Adventure Travel and GAP year industries. From a background of working in ecology, I am passionate about conservation and sustainability and incorporating environmental practices within daily business operations and ethos. I want to promote, sell and encourage others to lean into the outdoors and protect it for future generations, by combining my natural inclination for sales and negotiations with my love of sustainability and the outdoors. My skills include relationship building and client management, sales strategy planning, CRM systems and process streamlining, staff management, recruitment, training and HR, operations management within the outdoor industry, adventure tourism and experiential education industry standards.
