PIONEERING LEADERSHIP COACHINGI began my career in advertising, at Ogilvy, Lintas and Universal McCann, where I was promoted to the board, ending up as joint MD. But after having children I craved better work life balance.In 2000 I set up Leadership Coaching, combining my love of people and psychology with my business skills and experience. Three years later I published The Balancing Act.I’ve since handpicked experienced associates who are aligned on values and the vision, won an award for excellence in business psychology coaching, and worked with leaders from the likes of ITV, Tik Tok and Apple.CHAMPIONING POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGYWith a degree in Psychology and a Masters in Positive Psychology, I believe that resolving issues is best achieved by focusing on strengths over shortfalls.Our unique coaching programmes draw from disciplines including leadership theory, NLP, neuroscience and psychometrics - underpinned by a Positive Psychology framework - to help leaders achieve their goals with a better balance in outlook and wellbeing.
