Immersed in Experiential Events Management for the last 6 years adopting some of the most up to date technology for large events and smaller events (trade shows, Forums, 'C' suite, breakfasts, round tables etc) where a more hands on approach is required. All of which have a common thread; ensuring the customer experience is appropriate, specific on brand and measurable. Created online merchandise store for event assets and online registration system linked to Marketo.The Xerox stand space at drupa 2012 and 2016 consisted of 25,000sqm of exhibition space including a double deck Welcome, Meet and Greet and separate VIP area.For this 10 day event:Created Internal Comms Hub site and online staff guide for 300 Xerox participating event staff. Created and organised onsite hosting area for 2000 customers ,VIP hospitality area, Staff Catering and online meeting room portal (10 around the stand space of varying sizes).Organised AR/PR onsite event at drupa (100 journalists). Worked closely with creative, production, AV, hospitality and onsite logistic and 3rd party suppliers.I pride myself in ensuring that the customer journey from registration to attendance and follow up is seamless, and beneficial. My agency background is where again the customer is key but ensuring that the brief, budget and outcome are on track, this is where my strengths lie as well as working with multiple stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams; brand, social media, PR, demand generation, web and advertising.
