Responsibilities included:Creating monthly dashboard reports for projects. Producing quality weekly and monthly cost reports for specific projects for both internal and external use. Budget vs Actual hours and cost.Chasing debtor payments.Creating a work breakdown structure to increase accuracy when pricing projects.The placement enabled me to develop a number of transferable skills including: communication skills, time management and organisational skills, problem solving, IT literacy and attention to detail.

Primarily involved in the preparation work for examinations and the supervision of pupils during sessions to prevent malpractice. Both staff and students had many rules and regulations to adhere to which I ensured were followed.

As a general assistant my duties included replenishing stock, ensuring the area working in was tidy and products ticketed correctly. This involved paying a great deal of attention and concentration with regards to facing up shelving and pricing correctly to reduce financial loss, working as part of a team and excellent communication skills.

Various Festivals

Worked at several music festivals as bar staff in a busy environment which meant increased pressure on staff, required attention to both detail and the surrounding environment to ensure that myself and colleagues were working in a safe environment. This also involved providing excellent customer service, as well as money handling at a fast pace.
