Having pursued a 3-year course in corporate communication and embarked on a backpacking adventure across South America for a year, I developed a keen interest in the Event & Tourism industry's journey towards innovation and sustainability.In 2019, I successfully obtained a Master's Degree in Events Management, Protocol, and Business Tourism, which further deepened my knowledge and skills in this field.In the middle of 2020, I joined TROOP, a fast-scaling SaaS startup that offers a self-service tool aimed at assisting planners in finding meeting locations that are not only convenient and cost-effective but also sustainable. Initially starting as a Sales Representative, I quickly grew within the company and transitioned into the role of Customer Implementation and Success Manager.Thanks to the remote nature of my position, I made a transformative decision in March 2021 to become a Digital Nomad. Since then, I have had the privilege of working from various locations around the globe, including Spain, the UK, France, South Africa, Turkey, Greece, Portugal, and Italy.
