Gippsland Grammar is an Anglican, co-educational, boarding and day school that caters for students from ELC to Year 12 across three vibrant campuses. The Mary Jane Lewis Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation committed to supporting deserving young women in the attainment of university undergraduate qualifications. The recipients are extremely talented: they excel academically and they commit to their communities. The role of the Foundation is to oversea the growth of the fund and to manage the scholar selection process. It is a truly inspiring and humbling experience.

Trustee of the Mary Jane Lewis Board. The Trustees oversee a fund providing scholarships to high performing, low income scholars at the University of Melbourne.

Managed a global divisional team of HR professionals to deliver the full suit of HR services to attract, retain and develop Institutional bankers including: executive development, career planning and performance support

Helping clients to succeed by building trusted relationships and understanding what it takes to achieve and sustain high performance. Creating change management processes and building sustainable shared services operations.

Change management within the IT Division and for implementation of group-wide SAP implementation, development of channel strategy for retail division, re-engineering of home insurance processes, development of management training, systems analysis for upgrade to business systems within the hospitality division
