Founding director of Diamond Edge, I was responsible for supporting clients development and improving performance through the design and delivery of innovative learning and development interventions ranging from 1-to-1 coaching, team coaching and team building to facilitation of reviews and strategy meetings. Specialising in Action Learning I provided various Action Learning programmes and Action Learning facilitator training for local government, health, housing, higher education and the creative arts.

Part of the team responsible for corporate training & development initiatives. Working with leaders and managers from across the authority I was responsible for commissioning, designing and delivering a variety of courses and programmes to support staff and organisational development.I successfully reviewed, designed and implemented a new organsational wide Appraisal scheme replacing the previous eight and increasing the appraisal rates.
