I produced my own magazine-style show and the "Community Matters" program where I managed a team of 5 volunteer presenters with different interests and styles of presenting. the role involved keeping abreast of issues affecting the local community and arranging interviews and panel discussions, pre-recording and editing interviews and sound technician for live shows. Working as a researcher and receptionist my main focus is on finding interesting topics of conversation for presenters of a variety of radio shows and arranging the interviews. Other duties include presenting a morning magazine-style show, researching and reading the daily news, scheduling studio time, Studio technician, program presenting and general reception tasks. Those are my prescribed duties, but we're a small community radio station, and everyone does a bit of everything. On any given day you could find me conducting a vox pop, editing a recording, discussing marketing or social media campaigns, looking at work or program schedules or helping a listener tune in their radio over the phone.

Working in the Reception of a small rural Veterinary clinic I was responsible for most customer contact, mainly by phone, letter and on site. This includes customer queries, appointment setting, message taking,I was responsible for maintaining customer accounts in the Veterinary software (Kingswood VSA), and TAS Books. My duties also included, managing the practice shop, processing orders and analyzing sales and revenue from pet products to make decisions on products.With the change of ownership of the Practice I worked with the accountant on setting up the new company on TAS books and entered all invoices and payments, in and out. I created form and document templates in Excel and Word to be used by the company.
