As a first employee of an innovative startup, I have had the incredible opportunity to explore tools and technologies to support the needs and functions of a new type of company in the healthcare space. Leveraging a variety of modern tools, I have developed business and technical process visualizations, prototypes and specifications, and built out a customized Salesforce instance to support custom business processes. I have worked to enable Votive Health’s growth and progress in various ways, wearing many different hats, including Google Suite Administrator, Intake and Information Manager and general technologist.

As a key member of the Partner Support Team at three levels (Developer Support Tier 2, Team Lead and Senior Supervisor) I provided world-class support to engineers building apps that explore the very edges of what the expansive Salesforce platform can achieve. I have experience troubleshooting complex Salesforce apps built using both Apex code and platform customizations and am well-versed with best practices for app development using clicks and code. I have experience working immersivity in the Salesforce platform as a people manager.

As an intern, over the course of three months, I gathered business requirements and technical specifications from stakeholders, and learned several new technologies: Ruby on Rails, Bootstrap, PostgreSQL, Heroku, to design, host and singlehandedly build the front and back end of a functional relational database tool, with user and secure administrator functions, which was actively used as a resource library for case managers supporting people experiencing serious illness.
