After 12 years as an award winning Art Director I made the switch to becoming a Creative Talent Director. Working with top agencies including Mother, Droga5, Saatchi&Saatchi, Neverland and AnalogFolk. And in-house including META and Draftline. I had a 100% probation pass rate of all creatives I placed in permanent roles over 8 years. And 90% of freelancers I placed were extended past their original booking.Passionate about the need for diversity and inclusion in the industry. I co-Founded JOLT, the industry's first inter-agency diversity internship scheme. We helped creatively minded people from all different backgrounds get access, support and placements and over 40 JOLTers have gone on to create a career in advertising.
