I perform in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), incorporating economic factors, and conducting regional, cultural, tax, and regulatory analyses at every stage. My responsibilities also encompass continuous evaluation of the competitive landscape and cost structures, where I negotiate rates with each supplier to optimize profitability and conduct benchmarking to ensure competitive advantage.I oversee operations by leveraging advanced BI tools such as Qlik BI dashboards and Notion, ensuring alignment with established objectives.
