After having spent the first 18 months of my time with Join Talent in a Delivery role, I am delighted to be moving into the Operations team, and to get to grips with the business processes and systems that make our delivery teams so phenomenal.

Providing a 360-degree commercial recruitment service to a UK based meal kit business. Roles are varied - from junior Talent Sourcers to Head of Operations and Development Strategy. As Talent Acquisition Ops Lead I work with the TA teams across various countries making up the Growth Markets Region, (APAC and Brazil) ,with respect to process enhancements, project management of Growth Market Global programs and initiatives, and TA reporting and data integrity.
