I believe that one of life’s greatest joys is seeing individuals discover their passions and abilities and gain the confidence to pursue their dreams. With this ethos, I value a range of unique contributions and perspectives to build productive partnerships and high performing teams because I can find ‘the gold within' and create connections that often go unseen.Working across both the public and private sector means I bring a broad set of experiences into the projects I work in and lead. In recent 360 profiling my strengths were identified as calm in tense situations, integrity, perseverance, negotiation and strong analytical skills. These allow me to create data driven action without losing sight that it is humans that carry out the activity.
