As the functional lead for Learning and Organisational Development, I reported to the Director - People & Culture and oversaw the program-wide L&D strategy. My core responsibilities included developing foundation learning tools, frameworks, and processes, implementing competency development initiatives, delivering values-based culture programs, and driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the program. My mission was to enable the development and engagement of Inland Rail's people, who are the key to the success of this landmark project.I also have skills in training facilitation, e-learning development, marketing and communications, and human resources. I am a MAITD (Member of the Australian Institute of Training and Development) and hold certifications in DISC Flow, DDI Card Sort Analysis, and DDI Facilitation.
