From nagging patients as a MTAC (Medication Therapy Adherence Clinic) pharmacist in hospital to conducting activities pertaining to legislations as a Drug Enforcement Officer; 6 years of training in the Ministry of Health before I took the leap to become part of the amazing team in a health startup. Grit and diligence are two traits that best reflect me as an individual. It is my belief that this is the key to succeed in any endeavour that one sets his mind to.I have a knack for siting in my chair for extended period of time without numbness or fatigue, with a flair for fine details and effective communication. I’ve always tried to do everything myself and it took me a while to realise the fact on "progression > perfection". Being part of the team I’ve been involved in has taught me valuable lessons in delegation. Current: Managing and overseeing day-to-day operations (including, but not limited to all matters related to finance, HR, compliance, customer outreach, business growth, marketing, creatives, and be the nanny to the team) constantly solving problems I haven’t solved before in an ambiguous & challenging environment, slowly but definitely taking steps towards making a positive impact.In my free times I'm a typical introvert with a cup of flat white in one hand and a book in the other.
