Ron heads up a business consulting and website design firm called Fionda (see the Fionda story at www.fionda.com). Way recently moved his firm from California to the rodeo “Roping Capital of America” in Wickenburg, AZ. Mr. Way is a two-time Inc500 award winner. He started out his business life as an architect and owner of one of America's top firms. After selling his architectural, real estate development, and construction firms, he started a software company (Tronsoft, Inc.) that became the 60th fastest growing privately held company in America. Tronsoft was one of the premier real estate investment and analysis software companies in the US. Their programs were licensed by the American Institute of Architects, and it was second only to Kinkos as an Apple Computer Company reseller, thus gaining Way a two-year advisor's role to Apple Computer Company's Board of Directors.In 1995 he formed what was to become the Fionda Group of companies, which 5 years later won him his second prestigious Inc500 award. Starting out by providing local and long-distance services, Fionda expanded into VoIP, Internet services, back office and personal web page designs, and international pay solutions. All their services provided residual income to their clients and cutting-edge technology to the direct selling and affinity-based marketing industry. His clients have read like a who's who in this group of industries.Mr. Way was the founder and Chairman of the FallenWarriors.org foundation for ten years. FallenWarriors was dedicated to helping the widows of those American soldiers that were killed in action during the Iraq and Afghan wars. Way is a past member of the board of directors of the Westar Institute (more popularly referred to as the Jesus Seminar). The Westar Institute is made up of over 100 new testament scholars.
