Throughout my working life I've developed a sense for the values I admire in people around me, hence striving for and achieving these in my own practice. Some of these values being:. Transparency - I want to foster an environment where the work I do is visible to stakeholders. Where work can be inspected and adapted . Solution Focused - Problems are bound to emerge. I always aim to first understand and analyse a problem. Once I've arrived at this understanding I endeavour to share workable solutions. Collaboration - Although an experienced leader, I don't have all the skills necessary for challenges that arise. Knowing when, where and how to seek support and expertise helps bridge gaps in my own practice. . Respect - I've learnt to respect each and every stakeholder.
