Partnering TurtleTree Team as their People & Culture Advisor, Coach and Business Partner with key focus on talent acquisition strategy, HR operations, people and culture development. I am passionate about aligning the career expertise, purpose and motivation of talents with TurtleTree's vision and mission.

I am involved primarily in business development and account management for the executive search business. I consult closely with clients and target professions in general management functions ( COO, CFO, FC, HRD, HRM, Sales Director) to spearhead green field and business expansion projects in China and Singapore.For our training business, I am a DISC certified consultant and have used this tool to coach undergraduates and working professionals on their career planning and development.

After college , i left to pursue an opportunity with SIA. I love to travel and want to see the world. My flying experience taught me the importance of people as a successful strategy for a business. It certaintly hone up my ability to work under pressure, foster my team playing role with others and develop my people management skills which are essential to what i do now in HR.
