DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Ensure all staff have public health certificates Ensure right and clean PPEs are worn in the production area to avoid cross-contamination. Conduct trainings on personnel hygiene & sanitation. Monitor and record cleanliness and hygiene of staff daily Enforce strict health and safety guidelines as per company standards. Create and distribute cleaning schedules to cleaners Coordinate and monitor cleaning schedules Conduct daily inspection in all areas of the facility to determine completion of cleaning and its effectiveness Monitor the preparation, use and inventory of cleaning chemicals Ensure all food contact and non-food contact surfaces are cleaned according to the company’s standard operating procedures Report any irregularities and initiate correction and corrective action in case of cleaning non-conformities Identify areas of inefficiency in the sanitation program and propose improvements Ensure daily practices and implementation of 5s program Ensure the different types of waste are disposed in the correct waste containers Ensure regular removal of fruit waste from the production area Ensure waste containers and waste areas is regularly cleaned and recorded Communicate with waste collectors and ensure their receipts are well documented for payment Ensure all waste collectors have documents needed as per FSSC -NEMA certificates and licenses are up to date and well documented Prepared and submitted weekly production report to management Participation in NPD trials and formulation. Ensuring effective supervision of staff attendance, performance management, timely handling of grievance and disciplinary issues. Staff supervision in production area during processing of mango, tomato, banana slices, mango roll, raspberry roll, strawberry roll, granola and crackies production. Maintained good relation with food safety team members where I served as secretary for the Food safety meetings.
